Important Meeting on the Proposed Building Construction Plan of HOPES Foundation

On 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, an important meeting was held at the office of Mr. Abdur Razzaque, Honourable Member of the Executive Committee of HOPES Foundation, to discuss the construction plan for the Foundation's proposed permanent building.
The meeting was chaired by Enayetuddin Md. Kaiser Khan, President of HOPES Foundation. Among those present were Dr. Sohela Akhter, General Secretary of the Foundation, members of the Executive Committee, Advisors, and the concerned engineering professionals.

During the meeting, a comprehensive presentation was delivered covering the proposed 3D building design, architectural, structural, and electrical plans, along with the estimated construction cost. Detailed technical discussions were held on the proposed development.
Key Decisions of the Meeting
🏢 The building will be designed and constructed in full compliance with the RAJUK (Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha) Building Construction Rules and all applicable regulations.
✨ The Foundation's permanent building will feature a modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing architectural design.
🚗 The ground floor will include four car parking spaces, a generator room, and a security guard room.
🏛️ The first and second floors will be developed as a spacious multipurpose hall.
📈 The utilization of the third to sixth floors will be determined in the future based on the Foundation's operational requirements and long-term development plans.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the host, Mr. Abdur Razzaque, graciously invited all participants to lunch and presented delicious seasonal mangoes as goodwill gifts to everyone, including the drivers. On behalf of the HOPES Foundation family, President, Enayetuddin Md. Kaiser Khan expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Abdur Razzaque for his warm hospitality and generous gesture.
