Gathering of Academics and Luminaries in Bogura: HOPES Foundation Announces Future Blueprint

With a vision to further strengthen social development, education, research, entrepreneurship, and public welfare initiatives, HOPES Foundation organized an important discussion meeting at the renowned tourist destination Mom Inn Resort in Bogura. The event brought together academics, researchers, senior officials from public and private institutions, and distinguished members of society from across the country.

The meeting was chaired by Enayetuddin Md. Kaiser Khan, President of HOPES Foundation and Managing Director of Sonia Group. At the beginning of the program, members of the HOPES Promoter Group of Bogura warmly welcomed the invited guests by presenting commemorative crests.



The Chief Guest of the event was Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, eminent educationist and Executive Director of TMSS.

The Special Guest was Professor Emeritus Dr. M. Afzal Hossain, visionary of the HOPES Foundation, its former long-serving President, and former Vice-Chancellor of Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University. He currently serves as an Advisor to the Board of Trustees of Pundra University of Science and Technology, Bogura.

Special addresses were also delivered by:

  • Abdur Razzaque, Executive Member of HOPES Foundation; Chairman of ARMA Group; and Senior Vice President of REHAB.

  • Dr. Md. Solaiman Ali Fakir, advisor to HOPES Foundation and former professor, Department of Crop Botany, Bangladesh Agricultural University.

  • Professor Dr. Md. Hasan Ali, Joint Secretary of HOPES Foundation and Head of the Department of ENT and Head-Neck Surgery, Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College, Bogura.

Discussion on Sustainable Development and Future Action Plans

The meeting featured comprehensive and productive discussions focusing on education, healthcare, modern agricultural development, skilled human resource development, entrepreneurship promotion, and social welfare activities. Participants also formulated a long-term strategic roadmap aimed at expanding the Foundation’s future activities, enhancing its impact, and contributing more effectively to society.

Speakers emphasized that sustainable national development and human welfare can only be achieved through collaborative efforts among government and private institutions, educational organizations, research bodies, and social organizations.

Particular importance was given to implementing joint development projects, promoting research and innovation-based initiatives, and working collectively to improve the quality of life of underprivileged communities.

The distinguished guests highly appreciated the humanitarian initiatives of the HOPES Foundation and expressed their commitment to providing guidance, support, and cooperation to further expand and strengthen the Foundation’s activities in the future.


Dinner Reception

Following the discussion session, a dinner reception was graciously hosted by Enayetuddin Md. Kaiser Khan, President of the HOPES Foundation, and Abdur Razzaque, Executive Member of the Foundation. The event was successfully held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, reflecting their generous hospitality. The dinner also provided an excellent opportunity for guests to exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and foster future collaboration.

At the conclusion of the program, the guests expressed their sincere wishes for the continued success, growth, and social contributions of HOPES Foundation. The meeting ended with a collective commitment to work together for the overall development of the country and the welfare of humanity.
